Team fees for the 2026 Summer Season (umpire fees may change depending on season requirements):

$125 team fee**

$30/per player registration fee

$225 umpire fee (Monday and Wednesday softball only)

$285 umpire fee (Tuesday fastpitch only)

No umpires or fee for Thursday kickball

With a maximum of 8 teams for league nights, make sure to get your registration and team payment submitted! All registrations will be processed directly with the league coordinator for the night your team will be playing. You can download the team registration form below, complete it for your team and roster, and then coordinate with your league representative to submit the team form and payment. Payments are accepted in cash or by check made out to the McFarland Softball Association. Some coordinators may also accept PayPal or Venmo payments, so be sure to ask your coordinator. ALL PAYMENTS for team fees and player fees must be made by April 30th and must be completed prior to the league starting, or teams will not be allowed to participate. If you are unable to pay by April 30th, please work out special arrangements with the league coordinator or the softball association president.

All players are required to fill out the waiver form, which is also provided below. These forms MUST be submitted to the league coordinator or a softball board member before the first night of play for any player to participate in games.

**Softballs will be provided for softball teams and a new kickball for each kickball team.

The Monday Softball Season begins May 4th.

Fastpitch TBD, estimated to begin May 12th.

Wednesday Softball TBD , estimated to be May 20th.

Kickball Season begins May 14th.
